Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor in the Sugar House Farmers Market, a gathering place for local farmers, backyard growers, food purveyors, artists, and community! Each vendor is carefully screened with a commitment to creating a diverse marketplace with the highest quality of locally produced products available. Before applying, please thoroughly review our Vendor Handbook to ensure you meet the qualifications.
How to apply:
We will be processing all our applications using an online system called FarmSpread.
Step 1: Go to FarmSpread to create your Vendor Profile.
The information in your vendor profile will be used to evaluate your application. If additional information is required, a Sugar House Farmers Market representative will contact you. Remember to keep your vendor profile current now and throughout the season. If accepted, your business contact information, product availability, attendance and picture can be viewed by customers on our website. This step can be completed anytime.
Step 2: Select the Sugar House Farmers Market and apply to be a vendor. When the application period is open, log into your FarmSpread vendor profile and apply to the Sugar House Farmers Market. After you complete the application, you will be sent a confirmation email.
Step 3: Now that the season has started, if accepted you will qualify as a Drop-In Vendor. Drop-In Vendors are pre-approved vendors who may sign up to attend on a market to market basis. Single day sign up is open from Thursday-Sunday, before each market. Space is limited and not guaranteed.
If you are a pre-approved vendor (aka accepted after applying via FarmSpread - see Step 1) then you may complete the Drop-In Vendor Sign Up Form prior to the market each week.
